For We Are Legends x Schomburg Institute Spring Summer twenty four I helped translate the Schomburg Centers visual history into a wearable story using graphic fleece, tees, and sport inspired silhouettes. I worked with the Graphic designer to pull cues from archival typography, photographs, and Harlem style and merged them with Pumas sport heritage so the pieces feel modern, proud, and easy to wear. The goal was to introduce the Schomburg Institute to a broader audience, and to celebrate Black culture in a way that feels authentic to the community and natural in the closet, not like a one month only story.
